Catholic Home Care is a community based, voluntary, not for profit, certified home health agency (CHHA). We have been providing skilled professional and para-professional home health care services throughout Suffolk, Nassau and Brooklyn for almost 100 years!  Catholic Home Care provides approximately 200,000 visits to 8,800 home care recipients a year. Each day, more than 800 Long Islanders turn to our dedicated team to ensure that their home care needs are being met 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.  

Services include Skilled Nursing, Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Speech Language Pathology, Nutritional Counseling, Medical Social Workers, Wound Care Nurses and closely supervised Home Health Aides.

Our administrative office is located at 190 Motor Pkwy in Hauppauge. We have five (5) branch offices located in Riverhead, Medford, Hauppauge, Carle Place and Brooklyn.

Our services are accessible with Medicare, Medicaid and most private insurances. A sliding fee scale is available and services are provided on the basis of need, rather than the ability to pay.
