Catholic Home Care is an organization committed to the pursuit of excellence in providing home health care.  The goal of the agency is to promote health and wellness for the individual, the family, and the community.  We address the needs of the ill, the elderly, the disadvantaged and the alienated.  Guided by our heritage of a healing, caring ministry, the agency is entrusted to enhance the quality of life for the patient and for members of the staff.
